EveryWear joins Cans for Cures

Boise, Idaho - - - Jo Cassin of EveryWear announced toady that EveryWear at 13th and Eastman in Historic Hyde Park has become an official drop off point for aluminum cans to support Cans for Cures.

Small scale recycling has always been one of the primary challenges that face cities and counties across the US. Recent folklore indicates that over $1 Billion worth of aluminum products and containers find its way into landfills each year in the US alone. Imagine if we were able to divert 10% of that into research and prevention!! Our goal is to do far more than 10%. With some effort, coordination and persistence, we can do much better.

Cans for Cures came from the inspiration of Mike Gudgus of WorldAglow in Boise, Idaho. Mike started with his R-E-C-Y-C-L-E Project in 2007 which was displayed at EveryWear during the 2008 Hyde Park Street Fair.
